Job summary

Indie Campers in Sydney seeks a depot Operations Assistant with a passion for customer service. You will be the face of Indie Campers at the Sydney depot, delivering top care to guests and ensuring campervans remain neat and ready.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage check-ins/outs, fleet maintenance, and training your team, while coordinating local suppliers and cleaning services. If you love travel, people, and hands-on logistics, join us and Go Indie.

Qualifications

• Experience in tourism, hospitality, retail or rent-a-car is desirable.
• Eligible to work in Australia with a valid driver's license.
• Available to work weekends and national holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins/outs.
• Oversee fleet logistics and campervan maintenance.
• Train, supervise, and coach depot team members.
• Manage bookings, stock, suppliers and cleaning services.
• Handle complaints and emergencies to keep operations smooth.
• Prepare and clean campervans for departures.
• Assist in reselling campervans and showing units to buyers.
