Job summary

Indie Campers in Botany, Sydney, is hiring a Casual Support & Cleaning teammate to help maintain our fleet of campervans and deliver excellent guest service at the depot.

You'll clean interiors and exteriors, inspect vehicles, prepare vans for bookings, and assist with airport pickups or drop-offs, with a friendly, can-do attitude. This role requires a valid driver's license, flexibility for irregular schedules, and immediate availability.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a van.

• Ability to meet physical demands (standing, walking, bending).
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to company standards.
• Verify, prepare and equip vans before each booking.
• Perform inspections and keep complete records of vehicle condition.
• Move and park vans or pickup clients from the airport.
• Clean and maintain equipment, extras and consumables at the depot.
• Deliver and collect vehicles for repairs or at designated locations.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Botany - Sydney. Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
• Communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability.
