Job summary

Indie Campers in Botany, Sydney, is seeking a casual Support & Cleaning teammate to ensure top-notch guest service and maintain our campervans in excellent condition.

You will clean interiors/exteriors, prepare vans for bookings, inspect vehicle condition, and assist with airport pickups or drop-offs as needed. Flexible schedules, weekend and holiday work required.

• Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van

• Perform inspections and keep records of the vehicle’s condition
• Move and park vans or pick clients from the airport

• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or deliver vehicles to locations

THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Botany - Sydney. Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
• Eye for cleanliness and inspection;
• Communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability.
