Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a customer-focused depot role in Sydney. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure campervans are well-maintained and ready for trips.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly and support the team in delivering memorable road trips. Ideal candidates have a background in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car, with strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and availability on weekends and

Qualifications

• Direct contact with customers in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car is desirable.
• Strong communication skills for customer interactions.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, greet guests, and manage check-ins/outs.
• Maintain campervans, monitor maintenance, and schedule repairs.
• Supervise and coach your team, if applicable.
• Control bookings, stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services.
• Handle complaints and emergencies to keep operations smooth.
• Prepare and clean campervans for customers.
• Assist in reselling campervans and show to potential buyers.
