Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a casual Support & Cleaning team member for our Botany depot in Sydney. You will help keep our campervans in top condition and support guest service, reporting to the Branch Operations Supervisor.

The role requires a valid driver’s licence, the ability to drive a van, and the stamina for physical tasks. Flexibility for weekends and public holidays is essential in a fast-growing travel company.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service for our depot in Botany - Sydney. Reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Supervisor, as a Casual Employee in a Support & Cleaning role, your mission will be to ensure an outstanding level of customer service and contribute to maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests;
• Verify and prepare and equip vans before each booking;
• Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition;
• Moving and parking vans or picking clients from the airport;
• Clean and maintain all equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depot;
• Deliver and collect cars from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Valid Driver's licence and ability to drive a van (plus);
• Availability to work irregular schedules, weekends and national holidays;
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
