Job summary

We Are Aspire Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for the Sydney team to work closely with clients in market. This hands-on, market-facing role focuses on helping clients understand the platform and derive value, while growing relationships with major brands and agencies.

You will guide clients through the technology, provide commercial guidance, and contribute to regional strategy, staying abreast of ad tech developments across social, video, and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in advertising technology or a similar environment.
• Agency experience and a strong understanding of social advertising technology.
• Knowledge of the wider ad tech ecosystem, including ad serving and social platforms.
• Commercially driven with the confidence to work directly with clients.
• Ability to explain complex technology simply.
• Strong listening, questioning and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine curiosity about industry directions and a drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the technology and help them get the most from it.
• Work closely with clients, providing hands-on support and commercial guidance.
• Build a clear view of regional account activity, who is doing what and where the opportunities are.
• Grow relationships with major brands and holding companies.
• Contribute to strategy for the region alongside the wider team.
• Stay across the evolving ad tech landscape, from traditional ad serving through to new developments in social, video and automation.
