Greystar is seeking a detail-focused Supplier Compliance & Procurement Coordinator to join our Sydney-based S2C Operations team. You will manage supplier records, onboard suppliers, validate insurance, and support property teams with procurement governance.

Travel is rare; a background in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations is ideal, with a focus on systems and process improvement and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Background in procurement, accounts payable, or property operations.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and credentialing.
• Ability to manage a help desk queue within agreed service levels.

Responsibilities

• Supplier records: keep supplier details accurate and compliant across property accounting systems.
• Compliance and credentialing: onboard suppliers, validate insurance certificates, and resolve bank account validation issues.
• Help Desk: respond to tickets and emails on time, and train and support property teams.
• Reporting and process improvement: prepare reports and elevate issues to senior team members.
