Job summary

Firmus Technologies, a Sydney-based leader in sustainable AI infrastructure, seeks a Procurement & Supply Chain Compliance Specialist. You will oversee supplier governance, third-party assurance, and ESG obligations within a regulated tech environment, partnering with Procurement, Legal, Risk and Information Security to manage risk across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years experience in procurement, supplier governance, supply chain risk management, compliance or contract management.
• Experience in regulated audits.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance principles.
• Experience conducting supplier assessments and due diligence reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve procurement governance frameworks and policies.
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies and sourcing requirements.
• Review procurement activities for internal controls and governance obligations.
• Support procurement assurance reviews and compliance reporting.
• Provide guidance to business units on procurement governance and compliance.
