Our client, a leading infrastructure organisation in Sydney, is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to manage end-to-end sourcing, tendering, and supplier activities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant procurement processes.

Reporting to the Procurement Specialist, your role includes coordinating procurement and tender activities, onboarding suppliers, maintaining records, and advising on governance and compliance for various projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contracts administration or project coordination.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
• High attention to detail with governance and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and tender activities from documentation to recommendations.
• Support supplier onboarding and compliance requirements.
• Maintain procurement documentation, records and reporting.
• Provide advice to ensure project governance and compliance with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams.
• Support contract administration and audit readiness activities.
