Macquarie Group in Sydney seeks an Executive within the Financial Management COO team to drive operational management and workforce forecasting. You will partner with FM divisions to deliver strategic priorities, governance, and scalable processes across finance operations.

You will lead headcount tracking, budgeting support, and identify AI-driven opportunities to simplify workflows and boost efficiency, while coordinating resilience and records management activities.

Competenze

• Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Strong numerical, analytical and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to reduce manual processes and simplify ways of working, supporting strong commercial outcomes.
• Experience leveraging data and tools such as PowerBI to produce meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment while applying sound judgement and integrity.
• A proactive, adaptable approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Mansioni

• Support operational management of FM by partnering with FM divisions.
• Own workforce management including headcount and recruitment tracking, budgeting and forecasting, providing clear information and insights for planning and decision-making.
• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, automation and technology to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate key operational processes across FM, including business resilience planning and records management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities and governance.
