Job summary

Macquarie Group is building a new workforce strategy capability within Finance, People and Engagement. This hybrid role blends advisory, delivery, capability building and product development to shape scalable workforce solutions across the organisation.

You will partner with senior leaders, HR Directors and HR Business Partners to lead organisation design, workforce strategy and structural change initiatives, turning insights into practical outcomes for a better future.

Qualifications

• Translate business strategy into practical workforce outcomes.
• Strong consulting and diagnostic skills to identify workforce challenges.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, HR Directors and HR Business Partners.
• Hands-on approach bridging strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow a new workforce strategy capability across Macquarie.
• Lead organisation design, workforce strategy and structural change initiatives.
• Develop playbooks, frameworks and governance for enterprise capability.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate insights into practical outcomes.
