Job summary

Macquarie Group is building a new workforce strategy and organisation effectiveness capability within Finance, People and Engagement. The role partners with senior leaders, HR Directors and HR Business Partners to lead organisation design, workforce strategy and structural change initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise translating business strategy into practical workforce outcomes.
• Strong consulting and diagnostic skills to identify workforce challenges.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR partners to drive decisions.
• Hands-on, able to move between strategy and delivery in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation design and workforce strategy initiatives with senior leaders.
• Build frameworks, playbooks, and governance for enterprise workforce capability.
