Heng & Hurst, Sydney-based, is partnering with a global MedTech business to appoint a Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand. This senior leadership role owns the ANZ market and challenges you to build a high-performing team and translate global strategy into local execution.

You will lead the commercial agenda, deepen distributor relationships, and shape the go-to-market approach while working closely with international leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior commercial leadership with proven revenue growth.
• Experience in MedTech or healthcare devices.
• Distributor/partner management experience essential.
• Ability to translate strategy into local execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead the ANZ commercial strategy and revenue performance.
• Build strong, senior relationships with distributors and strategic partners.
• Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and market share.
• Develop and lead a high-performing local team.
• Strengthen customer experience and engagement.
• Work closely with global teams to translate strategy into local execution.
• Drive greater accountability, structure and commercial rigour across the business.
• Lead the evolution of the local marketing, education and customer experience functions.
