The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on people management across a geographically dispersed ANZ sales function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading specialist medical device or dental sales teams.
• Expertise in sales strategy, planning, forecasting and performance management.
• Proven ability to coach geographically dispersed teams and build high‑performing cultures.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with clinicians, KOLs and internal partners.
• CRM proficiency and data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the ANZ sales strategy and annual plans to deliver revenue.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary sales team (RSMs, Product Specialists, BDs).
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting and reporting with market insights to optimise resources.
• Build relationships with key customers, clinicians, industry specialists and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and international colleagues to translate priorities into initiatives.
• Strengthen sales processes, CRM usage and disciplined execution across the team.
