Klaviyo is consolidating its Australia and New Zealand sales under a single country leader. This newly shaped role places one leader accountable for the entire ANZ number across Commercial and Enterprise, based in Sydney, reporting to the APAC Managing Director.

You will drive growth, build and develop the leadership layer, establish operating rigor with weekly cadences, and represent Klaviyo in ANZ with executive sponsorship on major customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading sales teams, including front-line leaders.
• Deep SaaS sales leadership with enterprise/Commercial balance.
• Data-driven operator with strong forecasting and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Own the ANZ revenue across Commercial and Enterprise.
• Lead front-line sales managers and their teams.
• Drive growth, pipeline health, and accurate forecasts.
