HiBob APJ is seeking an independent contractor for 12 months to lead the execution and optimisation of digital marketing programmes across APJ, with a pipeline focus and management of paid channels, budgets, and ROI.

You'll collaborate with global digital marketing channel owners, RevOps and the broader GTM team to localise campaigns, connect activity to revenue, and improve full-funnel performance. Sydney-based with the option to be in the Sydney office 3 days a week.

Formación

• Proven track record in building pipeline through digital marketing programmes in a scaling SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong understanding of paid media and campaign optimisation across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
• Experience managing marketing budgets with data-driven spend decisions.
• Analytical mindset with a clear link between activity and revenue.
• Stakeholder collaboration across regional/global teams.
• Ability to balance strategy with hands-on campaign execution.
• Curiosity about AI and language models in search/marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch and optimise integrated demand generation campaigns across paid digital channels to drive pipeline in APJ.
• Manage regional paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Bing, Meta, YouTube and others.
• Monitor and report on channel performance with actionable insights.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets and ROI targets.
• Localise campaigns with global marketing teams for APJ audiences.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM to improve lead progression and funnel efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and lead quality across the funnel.
