Job summary

Electro Optic Systems Holdings in Australia seeks a Project Support Coordinator (Sustainment/Aftermarket) to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Project Manager and Sustainment team. You will help with quotations, orders, inventory tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication to ensure sustainment activities run efficiently and on schedule.

The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in administration, project support, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with day-to-day sustainment and aftermarket activities.
• Maintain project schedules, action registers, records, and documentation.
• Process customer quotation requests and track them through review and approval workflows.
• Monitor customer orders and provide updates on order status, lead times, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, Procurement, Production, and Warehouse teams to support project requirements.
• Assist with inventory tracking, material requests, stock transfers, and shipment activities.
• Follow up on engineering documentation and part release status as required.
• Maintain accurate project, customer, and inventory information within business systems.
• Prepare routine reports on quotations, orders, inventory, and delivery performance.
• Escalate potential risks, delays, or issues to the Project Manager.
• Build a working knowledge of EOS products, configurations, and sustainment processes.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Project Manager.
