• Supporting the sales team with activities for particular accounts.
• Accompanying Account Managers on a regular basis to visit customers.
• Developing and maintaining a structured customer contact plan for major accounts in line with the market participant plans.
• Identifying appropriate new business opportunities.
• Reviewing dormant and/or lost customers and ensuring plans are in place with Account Managers to re-engage where and when appropriate.
• Building and maintaining working relationships with all key stakeholders.
