Job summary

Holcim Participations (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking an Internal/Inside Sales professional in Melbourne to manage and grow volumes with existing Tail customers and generate new accounts. You will handle call plans, quoting, dispute and debtor management and promote VAP products, including showroom colour selection consultations to drive revenue.

• Accompany Account Managers on client visits.
• Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan for key accounts.

• Review dormant or lost customers and re-engage them with Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
