Job summary

Holcim Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage a high-volume customer base across a busy market. You will drive end-to-end account management, achieve sales targets and develop key account strategies to deliver the commercial plan.

Based at Petrie, this permanent full-time role offers a structured contact plan and collaborative opportunities. The role requires strong communication, autonomy, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and account management within building materials or related sectors.
• Strong communication with stakeholders at all levels and autonomous work capability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and tender portals is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structured customer contact plans to meet targets.
• Maintain relationships to build loyalty and win future business.
• Identify new opportunities and manage tenders and quotes per processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical and Logistics to optimise performance.
• Work autonomously while aligning with commercial strategy.
