Job summary

Holcim Australia is seeking a proactive Field Sales role in Melbourne (Hawthorn) to grow volumes and margins with Tail customers and to attract new accounts. You will support the sales team, visit customers, and manage value-added activities to drive revenue and market share in sustainable building materials.

You will engage in call planning, showroom consultations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver strong results for Holcim’s premium concrete and Geostone offerings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Melbourne sales team to grow volumes and margins with Tail accounts.
• Accompany Account Managers on client visits.
• Develop and maintain a structured customer contact plan for major accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and re-engage dormant customers.
