Job summary

Judo Bank is seeking a Sustainability Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead group-wide sustainability reporting and disclosure activities. You will drive data collection, validation and governance, coordinating with Finance, Risk and Investor Relations to ensure robust, auditable disclosures.

You will oversee board reporting, external assurance, and climate risk methodology enhancements while monitoring regulatory developments and engaging stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Lead the development and delivery of sustainability reporting and annual disclosures aligned with AASB S2.
• Coordinate data collection, validation, documentation and stakeholder engagement for disclosures.
• Oversee Board and sub-committee reporting on sustainability matters.
• Coordinate external assurance activities and strengthen governance of reporting.
• Support climate-related risk identification, assessment and management.
• Drive financed emissions reporting and refine methodologies with stakeholders.
• Monitor APRA/ASIC regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare responses to investor queries on sustainability disclosures.
• Support internal and external communications on sustainability performance and strategy.
• Provide climate risk training and help embed sustainability across the organisation.

Responsibilities
