Job summary

Steadfast Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Sustainability Reporting to lead and own the group’s sustainability disclosures. The role drives high-quality reporting, strengthens governance, and supports the sustainability strategy across the organization.

You will oversee emissions data collection and verification, and partner with stakeholders and external auditors to ensure robust assurance and continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sustainability reporting, ESG assurance, or climate-related disclosures within a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, climate disclosure requirements, and the GHG Protocol.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end sustainability reporting process, including annual disclosures, emissions reporting, and compliance with reporting standards.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and verification of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions data.
• Drive continuous improvement of sustainability reporting systems, controls, and data collection processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, subsidiaries, and external auditors to support reporting and assurance requirements.
• Prepare sustainability reports, conduct scenario analysis, and provide recommendations on emerging reporting requirements and best practices.
