  • Monitor regulatory developments, including APRA and ASIC requirements, and ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Prepare responses to investor and stakeholder queries relating to sustainability and climate risk disclosures.
  • Support internal and external communications regarding sustainability performance and strategy.
  • Deliver climate risk training and contribute to embedding sustainability across the organisation.
  • Represent Judo in relevant industry forums and working groups.
You’ll likely bring:

  • Experience delivering sustainability reporting and supporting sustainability strategy initiatives.
  • Audit experience gained within a professional services or industry environment.
  • Exposure to financial services or banking environments is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder engagement and project management capabilities.
  • The ability to apply both commercial and compliance lenses to sustainability challenges.
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, relationship-led approach and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.

If you don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply – your experience, mindset and potential matter to us.
