MINERAL RESOURCES LIMITED is seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead to own the sustainability reporting, performance and compliance function. You will lead end-to-end reporting, working with leaders to deliver high-quality disclosures and assurance across the organisation.

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Affairs, you will manage a direct report and drive continuous improvement, strengthening data, visuals and narratives for stakeholders while aligning with evolving regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environment, Commerce, Accounting, Data Science/Analytics or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, professional services or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end sustainability reporting cycles, including annual sustainability reports and external assurance processes.
• Collaborative, hands-on style delivering through periods of high reporting intensity.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and global reporting standards (GRI, AASB, TNFD, ICMM, UN Global Compact).

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of internal and external sustainability reporting.
• Coordinate and quality assure annual materiality assessments, disclosures, and investor materials.
• Provide expert advice to Senior Management and the Board on ESG trends, risks and opportunities.
• Manage collection, validation and analysis of sustainability data across the business.
• Coordinate external assurance activities and responses for third‑party reviews.
• Support alignment with emerging ESG regulatory requirements (e.g., EU Battery Regulation).
• Improve sustainability processes, reporting tools, and data visualisation.
• Lead, mentor and develop a direct report and promote responsible, transparent outcomes across MinRes.
