Job summary

Judo Bank is seeking a Sustainability Manager to lead its reporting and disclosure program under the Head of Tax & Financial Compliance on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role will coordinate across Finance, Risk and Investor Relations to deliver auditable sustainability disclosures aligned with S2 and related frameworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or related discipline; postgraduate ESG qualification preferred.
• Experience in sustainability reporting and related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB and NGERS frameworks.
• Audit experience in professional services or industry environment.
• Exposure to financial services or banking environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Judo’s sustainability reporting and annual disclosures aligned with relevant frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end reporting processes including data collection, validation and documentation.
• Oversee Board and sub-committee reporting on sustainability matters and coordinate external assurance.
• Support identification and management of climate-related risks and opportunities.
• Drive financed emissions reporting and refine methodologies with stakeholder input.
• Monitor regulatory developments (APRA, ASIC) and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Prepare responses to investor queries related to sustainability and climate risk disclosures.
• Support internal and external communications regarding sustainability performance and strategy.
• Deliver climate risk training and embed sustainability across the organisation.
• Represent Judo in relevant industry forums and working groups.
