Job summary

JLL is seeking an Environmental Management System & Sustainability Reporting Manager to oversee EMS implementation and align it with ISO 14001. You will analyze electricity, gas, waste, water and Scope 3 data, driving energy conservation and reporting progress to stakeholders.

You'll collaborate with facility managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across projects and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in science or related field preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of environmental compliance for commercial property.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and sustainability reporting is a plus.
• Proven ability to present complex data clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the EMS aligned with ISO 14001.
• Maintain registers for environmental aspects, impacts and compliance requirements.
• Work with vendors to ensure activities meet environmental legislation and guidelines.
• Occasional site visits to assess environmental risk with facility teams.
• Compile performance reporting from consumption and cost data.
• Baseline and benchmark site performance to identify energy savings opportunities.
• Prepare executive briefings and monthly/quarterly progress reports.
• Deliver training on environmental compliance to stakeholders.
