Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with an innovative Australian business to recruit a Scheduler / Customer Experience Specialist based in Inner City Melbourne. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating bookings and scheduling across a national network while liaising with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely collections.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, customer experience, administration or a coordination-based role.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Confidence communicating with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change.
• Experience in logistics, transport, fleet coordination or scheduling would be advantageous but is not essential.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in joining a growing business.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate customer bookings, collections and scheduling across a national network.
• Manage the customer support inbox, ensuring enquiries are resolved efficiently.
• Liaise with drivers and contractors to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely collections.
• Support daily logistics operations, including scheduling, rebookings and service coordination.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist with fleet coordination, compliance requirements and operational administration.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager to identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
