Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, fleet, logistics or scheduling environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Confidence with Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.
• Exposure to inventory management and rostering advantageous.
• Experience with logistics management systems desirable.
• Two month temporary assignment with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate truck schedules for installations, collections and service runs.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Liaise with drivers, operations staff and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Investigate site access issues and operational challenges.
• Cross-check invoicing information against operational records.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory records.
• Assist with rostering and timesheet administration.
• Maintain data and reporting across multiple systems.
• Provide general administrative support to the logistics function.
