Job summary

Crown Sydney is seeking an experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our world-class culinary team. In a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting, you’ll prepare Japanese cuisine with premium ingredients and uphold Crown’s standards of excellence.

Lead by example, support senior chefs, and maintain high standards while contributing to memorable dining experiences. Upscale dining background and strong teamwork are highly regarded.

• Experience as Sushi Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Open to learning, feedback and continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated, reliable and passionate about hospitality.
• Experience in upscale or premium hospitality is highly regarded.
