Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead and support a kitchen section within our premium Epicurean and Crown Sydney venues.

You will deliver high-quality dishes, assist with daily prep and service, and uphold food safety, hygiene and presentation standards in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
• Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel or high-volume dining environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Proactive attitude with a passion for food and continuous learning
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
