Job summary

Crown Sydney’s Pastry team at Crown Resorts is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our renowned pastry operation. Lead a team of kitchen professionals under the guidance of the Head Pastry Chef, delivering high-quality desserts with creativity and precision.

Experience in upscale dining or hotels, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential. Sponsorship is not available for this position; join a supportive, award-winning pastry team

Guided by an enthusiastic and experienced Head Pastry Chef, the team includes some of Sydney’s most skilled pastry professionals, who bring both creativity and precision to every dessert they create. We are currently seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join our pastry team.
