The Role

We’re seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Surveillance Analyst – Data Analytics and Reporting to join our Surveillance team at Crown Melbourne. Reporting to the Intelligence Analysis & Reporting Manager, this role plays a key part in enhancing Crown’s surveillance capabilities through advanced data analytics, reporting and intelligence insights.

You’ll work closely with Surveillance and Technology/Data teams to design and implement robust analytics processes, support investigations and contribute to compliance reporting. This is a unique opportunity to apply your analytical expertise in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.

Experience in a casino surveillance environment (preferred)
A qualification in Data Science, IT Business Management or a related field highly desired
Ability to obtain and maintain required Casino Special Employee Licences across jurisdictions
