Senior Data Analyst - Enterprise Transformation Projects
Clayton, Melbourne - Hybrid Work Model

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in the delivery of two major enterprise transformation initiatives. This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale datasets in a collaborative environment that values technical excellence and innovation.

As part of a high-performing data engineering and analytics function, you'll design and deliver scalable data solutions, build robust data models, and create insightful reporting tools that drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and optimise advanced data transformations and workflows using SQL, Python, and Databricks within a modern Lakehouse architecture.
• Design and maintain reusable data models to support reporting and analytics at scale.
• Create engaging, fit-for-purpose dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Profile, validate, and remediate data quality issues to ensure trusted datasets.
• Collaborate with engineering peers to maintain coding standards, version control, and best practice workflows.
• Work autonomously on complex data problems while contributing to shared technical assets and capability uplift.

We're looking for someone with:

• Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard design and delivery.

• Higher education sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
