Coolangatta Surf Club on the Gold Coast is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including our bistro, reception, bars and gaming, while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.

You will lead a dedicated team, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with stakeholders to grow the club's offerings in a welcoming beachside environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading a team in a club or pub environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Coolangatta Surf Club is seeking a full-time Duty Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our amazing beachside club. As our Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our club, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all front-of-house operations, including our busy bistro, reception, bars and gaming.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Liaise with club members, guests, and external stakeholders to address concerns and provide exceptional service
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the club's offerings and attractiveness
