Job summary

WWF-Australia is seeking a Supporter Relationships Assistant to coordinate data operations supporting mid-value giving and gifts in Wills. You will automate processes and assist with estate administration while aligning with marketing, stewardship and events to grow and retain donors.

The role supports data integrity, dashboards and lists in the CRM, and collaborates across the Supporter Relationships team to drive efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
• Intermediate-level Excel and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud for data processing, imports and reporting.
• Experience identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data processes within the CRM to support mid-value giving and gifts in Wills programs with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks; collaborate on solutions.
• Run regular data hygiene processes to ensure high-quality supporter records.
