WWF-Australia is seeking a part-time Supporter Relationships Assistant to manage data operations supporting mid-value giving and gifts in Wills. You will coordinate data processes, drive automation, and contribute to the data integrity of supporter records across the team.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with superior attention to detail.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce NonProfit Cloud to undertake data processing, import, extraction, manipulation and report building.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements, including automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute data processes within the CRM to generate dashboards and lists to support the mid-value giving and gifts in Wills programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate manual data tasks, then collaborate to implement solutions.
• Run regular data hygiene processes to ensure high quality and accurate supporter records.
