Job summary

WWF-Australia is seeking a Gift in Wills Relationship Coordinator to engage supporters by phone and email, inviting bequests and nurturing the pipeline to grow future bequest revenue.

You will work in a warm, supportive team across Sydney or Melbourne, with flexible 9-day fortnigh​t trial and part-time hours (0.6 FTE).

The role emphasises relationship-building, excellent communication, and careful recording of interactions in our CRM to ensure a personalised, donor-centred experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of people.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt responses and behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Adopts a supporter-centric approach to deliver an outstanding experience and build supporter trust.
• Communicates warmly and professionally to move bequest considerers through the gift-in-Will journey via multi-channel outreach.
• Provides exceptional stewardship to bequestors and maintains accurate records of interactions in our systems.
