WWF-Australia is seeking a part-time Supporter Relationships Assistant to manage data processes supporting mid-value giving and wills gifts. The role focuses on automation and continuous improvement within CRM systems, contributing to donor engagement and conservation impact.
You will support marketing, stewardship and events teams while ensuring data accuracy and efficient operations. The position is 0.4 FTE with a 12-month fixed term, based in Sydney with a preference for the Sydney office.

The Supporter Relationships Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of data processes to support mid-value giving and gifts in Wills. This role is responsible for coordinating data operations with a strong focus on driving automation and continuous improvement.
This role also assists with the administration of estates and contributes flexibly to help the Supporter Relationships team across marketing, stewardship and event activities, to grow and retain philanthropic donors.
