Job summary

SAI Home And Community Care in Melbourne is seeking Support Workers to provide personalised 1-1 in-home support for NDIS and aging clients in the Rosebud area. You will assist with daily tasks and help clients remain independent in their homes and communities.

Duties include domestic assistance, mobility support and social companionship; travel up to 30 minutes to Rosebud, Capel Sound, Rye, Blairgowrie, Red Hill, Dromana and Safety Beach.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Check
• Victorian Driver Licence AND own reliable transport in an insured vehicle
• CPR & First Aid certificates
• Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills

We're looking for Support Workers to support a variety of NDIS and aging clients 1-1 in their own homes in the Rosebud area!

Whether you're currently completing your Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or looking to transition from residential aged care into in-home support, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll provide personalised support to help clients remain independent in their own homes and community. Duties may include:
