Job summary

Westhaven Ltd is expanding its Adult & Children's Services in Wagga Wagga and seeks compassionate Support Workers. You will help clients live independently, support daily activities, and accompany them to community events.

A casual, or Permanent Part-Time path with induction and growth opportunities is offered. The role includes a mandatory one-week induction and a clear pathway to Team Leader roles.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive.
• First Aid & CPR current.
• NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC) valid.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) valid.
• Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
• Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Teach daily living skills to adults or children.
• Head out into Wagga for social outings, hobbies, and community events to promote inclusion.
• Provide dignified personal care, accompany appointments, and maintain clear records.
