Job summary

Westhaven Ltd is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Adult and Children’s Services in NSW. You will provide personalised support to clients, helping them maintain independence and participate in daily activities with sensitivity and respect.

You’ll need a NSW driver’s licence, WWCC, NDIS Worker Check, RCWR, and a current First Aid & CPR certificate, with availability across a 24/7 roster including sleepover shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care or support role is required.
• Lived experience and identification as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander are encouraged.
• Must hold a NSW Driver’s Licence and be willing to drive.
• Have a valid WWCC, NDISWC, RCWR, and First Aid & CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support to adults and children.
• Assist with daily living activities and emotional support.
• Plan and participate in community activities to foster inclusion.
• Complete daily case notes and essential administrative tasks.
