Job summary

Town and Country Disability Service PTY LTD is seeking dedicated support workers to assist NDIS participants at home and in the community. The role focuses on promoting independence, building capacity, and delivering respectful, safe, and meaningful support.

You will implement behaviour support plans, assist with daily living tasks, and document care activities. A driver’s licence, WWCC, and first aid are required, with ongoing training provided.

• Current First Aid & CPR
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Full COVID-19 vaccination (if required by participant needs)
