Job summary

Caresiah is seeking dedicated support workers to assist a gentleman in Haddon, Victoria. The role focuses on compassionate support to maintain independence and quality of life, including physical support, personal care, and daily living assistance.

The successful candidate will perform transfers, mobility tasks, meal preparation, and encourage rehabilitation progress while travelling to the participant's home as needed. This role may offer additional hours in surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or currently completing a Certificate.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Reliable, insured vehicle and ability to travel to the participant's home.
• A person-centred approach to support.
• Confidence providing personal care, manual handling and physical support.
• Ability to work consistently across the required roster.
