Eternal Disability Care is seeking reliable, skilled Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex needs in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living tasks, meals and household duties, support community access and appointments, and complete accurate shift notes while following care plans to ensure dignity, safety and independence.

Applicants should have disability support experience, current First Aid/CPR, an NDIS Worker

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in disability support.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant rights.
• Manual handling knowledge or experience.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• First Aid and CPR (current).
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Legal working rights in Australia.
• Working With Children Check (preferred).
• Medical Administration Certificate.

About you
