Sunshine State Carers is seeking dedicated carers to deliver person-centred 1:1 support in Brisbane. You will provide personal care and daily living assistance, help with transfers, meal prep, light duties and medication prompting within scope. You’ll follow participant plans and maintain accurate notes and records during each shift.

The role requires flexibility to work across day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts and to maintain reliable transport for community access and appointments.

Formación

• Written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module should be completed.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

Reliable and suitable transport

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Available across a mix of day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts
