  • Accurately complete documentation, progress notes, and timesheets.
  • Report any safety concerns, incidents, or changes in client needs to the Care Time team.
  • Maintain a professional, respectful, and friendly presence in clients’ homes and community settings.
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Time team regarding scheduling and client updates.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a warm, caring, and reliable team player who genuinely enjoys supporting others. The ideal candidate is flexible with their availability, respectful of each client’s individuality and preferences, and committed to delivering support with dignity and compassion. You’ll be someone who works well both independently and as part of a team, shows initiative, communicates clearly, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. If you’re passionate about helping people with disability live their best lives, we’d love to hear from you.

Care Time values diversity and inclusion. We strongly encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, those with lived experience of disability, and candidates from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
