Unidex Healthcare is seeking a proactive caregiver to support a male client with a spinal cord injury in Loganlea. You will assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, meal prep and domestic tasks, along with medication management and safety support.

The role offers varied shifts from early mornings to evenings across 6am–10pm and different day rates for weekdays and weekend work. A valid driver’s license and clearances are required.

Formación

• Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months.
• Current Blue Card.
• Current Yellow Card.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Must have strong manual handling and hoisting experience.

About the Role:

Unidex Healthcare is currently seeking a proactive and bubbly person to support a male client with a spinal cord injury based in Loganlea. They will require assistance with personal care and hygiene, medication management, complex bowel care, catheter management and manual handling. We are looking for someone with good flexibility who can work across a range of shifts from Monday - Sunday. These will be an assortment of both short and long shifts.

Roster:

• 6am - 11am
• 6am - 2pm
• 7am - 4pm
• 4pm - 10pm

Pay rates:

• Day Shift: $40 per hour
• Saturday: $56 per hour
• Sunday: $72 per hour

Duties:

• Assistance with personal care
• Bowel care including digital stimulation and enema's
• Assistance with transfers, manual handling and hoisting
• Assistance with domestic tasks and meal preparation
• Medication management

Skills & Experience

• Australian Driver's License
• Current National Police Clearance within 12 months
• Current Blue Card

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• Must have strong manual handling and hoisting experience

On-site training and buddy shifts will be provided to ensure you become familiar with all client care requirements. We are seeking candidates who are available to commence as soon as possible.
