Job summary

Unidex Healthcare is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team in Queensland. The role focuses on recruiting Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses to meet the complex care needs of participants.

It is an office-based, full-time position with relocation of the office planned within 12 months to Coomera. You will coordinate recruitment to support client rosters, build relationships with staff and stakeholders, and ensure compliance documentation is

The Role

Our Queensland participant base primarily consists of individuals with complex care needs, including spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries. These participants require tailored support from experienced Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses.

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team based in our Surfers Paradise or Eightmile Plains office. This is a full-time, office-based position, with our office relocating to Coomera within the next 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Recruiting Support Workers, Enrolled Nurses, and Registered Nurses to meet participant requirements
• Coordinating recruitment to support client rosters and workforce demands
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with staff, participants, and internal stakeholders
• Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records within the CRM system
• Ensuring all employee compliance documentation and organisational governance requirements are met
• Supporting a participant-centred approach to service deliveryltli>Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Previous recruitment experience (healthcare, disability, community services, or labour hire experience will be highly regarded but is not essential)
