Job summary

Unidex Recruitment is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team across Victoria. You will provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence.

Responsibilities include personal care, community access, coordinating appointments, medication assistance, and mobility support. A caring, reliable attitude and strong communication are essential. NDIs check and First Aid/CPR are required where applicable.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals living with disability, assisting them to achieve their goals and maintain independence.

• Promoting independence, choice and wellbeing

We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for supporting others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, compassion and a positive attitude
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check (where applicable)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle preferred
